Nevada Summer Trumpet Lessons

Welcome to my lessons page!

My name is Justin Espiritu, and I’m super excited to be offering trumpet lessons for Las Vegas & Henderson area students this summer! Whether you’re just beginning your trumpet journey or preparing for All-State and College auditions, my goal is to help you grow in a a supportive and motivating environment. Each lesson is tailored to you as an individual, with an emphasis on developing strong fundamentals, effective and FUN practice habits, and more!

    • 2025 Nevada 1st Chair All-State Trumpet

    • Current Arizona State University Trumpet Student, studying with international soloist and Candian Brass trumpeter, Joe Burgstaller

    • Performing actively with ASU’s top ensembles, The Desert Winds, Salt River Brass, and in the local metro-phoenix area

    • Teaching experience includes the Pinecrest Sloan Canyon Winds and Percussion studies program (Student Conductor), Highland Highschool, the Salt River Youth Brass Band, and Rosie’s House in Phoenix.

  • Monthly Lesson Package Plan (15% off each lesson):

    • $105/4x 60 min. lessons (240 min. total)

    • $150/4x 90 min. Lessons (360 min. total)

    (In event of cancelled lesson, lesson will be rescheduled at no additional charge)

    Individual Lessons:

    • $30/60 minutes

    • $40/90 minutes

    Payments can be made via Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash.

    • Building fundamentals

    • Healthy and efficient playing for long-term performance

    • Efficient and FUN practice routines & strategies

    • NMEA All-State and Honor Band Audition Prep (how to deal with nerves, how to prepare music, mock auditions, etc.)

    • College Music Application and Audition guidance (scholarships, audition preparation, building connections, etc.)

    • Leadership guidance

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Notify me as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours) and can work together to reschedule. If lesson was paid upfront as a part of Monthly Package, there is no additional charge for rescheduled lesson.

    What happens after the Summer?

    • As an out-of-state University student, I am working to continue lessons for my Nevada students during the school year, especially in the midst of All-State and Honor Band auditions. Weekly virtual lessons will be offered, as well as periodic in-person lessons depending upon scheduling. Full calendar will be released before the school year begins!
